I’m going to be honest here. I don’t even like oatmeal, but these baked oats have a fluffy cake-like texture & are perfect breakfast fuel.
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c light vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla @questnutrition protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
((I also threw in some walnuts))
Topped with microwaved raspberries and peanut butter. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients into a nonstick pan & top with melted almond butter and melted raspberries (30 sec in the microwave). Bake for 30-40 min.
