Baked Apple Oatmeal

Like your own little slice of apple pie. It’s clean, easy, & perfect for breakfast.

For the oats:
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c light vanilla almond milk
1tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla @questnutrition protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon+ 1/2 tsp baking powder
((I also added chopped pecans but totally optional))

Core an apple, fill with oats sprinkle with granola and cinnamon and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla greek yogurt & honey!
